Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Puzzofme (puzzofme.com), including sliding puzzles and Puzzofme Trends AI video features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Puzzofme lets you create and share photo sliding puzzles, and generate AI videos that place people you choose into trending source clips ("Trends"). Features, pricing, and availability may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Puzzofme. If you use Trends on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to do so.

3. Your content and permissions

  • You must only upload photos and other materials you have the right to use, including permission from every recognizable person.
  • You grant Puzzofme a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your uploads solely to provide the service (for example, generating a puzzle or video and delivering it to you).
  • You are responsible for how you share outputs. Do not use the service to impersonate, deceive, harass, defame, or otherwise harm others.

4. AI-generated output (Trends)

  • Trends videos are AI-generated. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, blocked, or fail quality checks (including safety / NSFW filters from our providers).
  • Outputs are provided for entertainment. They are not official endorsements by anyone depicted in a source trend.
  • Generation can take a significant amount of time. We email the address you provide when a job completes or fails. You may close the page while generation runs.
  • We do not guarantee that any generation will succeed, look realistic, or match your expectations.
  • We do not use your uploads or outputs to train AI models. We retain Trends media as long as needed for History and support; you can request deletion of your data and outputs anytime via our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Use outputs for scams, fraud, deepfake impersonation, or political / commercial deception
  • Attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service
  • Circumvent payment, rate limits, safety filters, or access controls

We may refuse, remove, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments, pricing, and refunds

  • Paid Trends generations are charged based on the clip duration you select (and any published price for that template). Prices are shown before checkout in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Bachs). Their terms also apply to the checkout flow.
  • Because generation uses third-party AI compute, successful paid jobs are generally non-refundable once processing has started.
  • If a paid generation fails after payment, we may offer a limited number of free retries from Trends history, subject to the limits shown in the product. Free retries are not a cash refund.
  • For billing disputes, contact us promptly with your payment reference and generation details.

7. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for hosting, media storage, AI generation, email delivery, analytics, and payments. Their availability and policies can affect your experience. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. Intellectual property

Puzzofme branding, software, and site design remain ours. Source trend clips and third-party media remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your uploads remain yours, subject to the license above. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing, always subject to the rights of people depicted and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE WRONG OR OFFENSIVE.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzofme and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific Trends generation giving rise to the claim in the 90 days before the claim, or (b) ₦5,000.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email when practical.
