Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzofme ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use puzzofme.com, including puzzles and Puzzofme Trends. It works together with our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: if you sign in: name, email, and profile details you provide (for example via our auth provider).
• Contact email for Trends: the address you give so we can send cooking / ready / failure notices and help you find History.
• Uploads: photos and other files you submit to create puzzles or replace characters in Trends.
• Generation & payment records: template chosen, clip duration, status, payment references, and related metadata needed to fulfill an order or support retries.
• Usage data: approximate device/browser info and page analytics (for example via Sabilytics) to understand product usage.
• Communications: messages you send us (support, billing questions).

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve puzzles and Trends
• Process payments and fulfill paid generations
• Send transactional emails about your generations
• Detect abuse, fraud, and policy violations
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos, videos, emails, or generation data to train AI models(neither our own nor third-party models). Uploads and outputs are used only to create and deliver your requested puzzle or Trends video, to operate and secure the service, and to support History or retries when applicable. Where a provider offers an opt-out from using API inputs for training, we use the service in inference / generation mode only.

3. Sharing with service providers

We share data with processors only as needed to run Puzzofme, such as:

• Hosting & database: application and storage infrastructure
• Cloudinary: image/video storage and processing (including clip trimming)
• AI generation providers (for example Higgsfield): to create Trends outputs from your reference photos and selected clip
• Bachs: payment checkout and confirmation
• Email delivery (for example ZeptoMail): transactional messages
• Analytics: aggregated or pseudonymous usage insights

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

4. Photos and sensitive content

Face photos are used to generate your requested output. Do not upload images of people who have not consented. Providers may run automated safety checks; content that fails those checks may be blocked without producing a downloadable video.

5. Retention

• Trends media: we retain your reference photos, generation records, and output videos for as long as needed to provide History, downloads, retries, and support, so you can come back later without losing your work by default.
• Your right to delete: you can ask us to delete your Trends data and outputs (reference photos, generated videos, and related generation records we control). Email hello@puzzofme.com from the address used for the generation (include generation links or payment references if you have them). We will delete or anonymize that media within a reasonable time, except where we must keep limited records.
• Payment and security records (for example payment references, amounts, and fulfillment status) may be retained as required for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and law. Those records are not used to train AI models.
• The same deletion request process applies to puzzle uploads and account data where feasible.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure. Avoid uploading highly sensitive documents you would not want processed by third-party AI or storage providers.

7. Your choices

• You can use Trends with an email without creating a full account; sign in later to claim History.
• You can request deletion of your data and outputs at any time (see Retention above), or ask for access/correction of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (including payment records we must keep).
• Browser settings may limit analytics cookies/scripts where applicable.

8. Children

Puzzofme is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International processing

We and our providers may process data in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand your information may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised Policy.
